Site Manager Wanted

We are looking for an engaged and experienced Site Manager who wants to take full responsibility for the installation, dismantling, and service of technical solutions. You will lead the teams within service and installation, plan and structure the work, and ensure high quality in execution. As a leader, you play a central role in inspiring and motivating your employees to achieve common goals.

Your main responsibilities:

Planning and Management: Responsible for installation and service (daily, weekly, and monthly planning), work management, staff meetings, as well as timekeeping and absence management.
Operational and Administrative Responsibility: Ensure full productivity, report completed work, manage work orders, and administer in systems.
Customer and Project Relations: Hold customer meetings, identify business opportunities, develop technical solutions, and provide feedback on projects.
Maintenance and Order: Responsible for equipment, vehicles, and premises, including material ordering and receiving goods.
Development and Training: Support staff's skills development and ensure a good working environment.

Solid experience in leading and motivating teams in technical environments, preferably within the communications or automotive industry.
Ability to handle challenges and make decisions with a focus on both employees and project success.
Technical understanding of low voltage, bus/vehicle electricity, and installation diagrams.
Ability to work in a structured and orderly manner.
A project-oriented approach and the ability to tie projects together.
